MMDA Spokesperson Celine Pialago made a scathing comment on Kapamilya reporter Doris Bigornia.
In a Facebook post, Pialago slammed Doris for an alleged incomplete report about the opening of 2 new U-turn slots on EDSA.
Pialago’s fury was brought about by Doris’ TV Patrol report regarding the opening of the U-turn slots in Quezon City Academy at Dario Bridge.
According to the Pialago, Bigornia’s report where she showed her a Viber message that was incomplete which portrayed her in a bad light.
“Miss Doris Bigornia, I will really call your attention through my page since walang pakundangan mong nilabas ang isang viber message na hindi kumpleto.
“Kanina sa report mo sa TV Patrol. Ako ang nagsabe na bukas na ang darrio bridge u turn, yes! pero hindi mo nilabas sa TV ang buong laman ng GC, nakalagay bukas un sa emegency vehicles at nung tinawagan ko si Sir Dexter Cardenas ng QC Traffic ngayong gabi, he confirmed and he said ‘yes mam pinagamit na po sa mga emergency vehicles.’ Tapos sasabihin mo nagdulot ng kalituhan ang message ko sa viber group?” said Pialago.
She then added that she will not let it pass this time calling Bigornia as devil reporter.
“This time hindi kita papalagpasin. Kung meron akong pagsisisi ngayong 2020, yun ay yung pinatawad pa kita. Demonyo kang reporter ka,” she added.
Meanwhile, several netizens went to social media to slam Pialago over her unprofessional and unethical response to Bigornia’s report.
Netizen @KatyYam asked Pialago if it’s ok to just curse a person because he or she did not agree with him or her.

@deonalpe_phl meanwhile reminded Pialago that she will not be with MMDA forever. Thus she should be expected to conduct herself as a professional government official.

@plorabilis on the other hand said Pialago just proved that this government is composed of incompetent, ill-mannered officials who proudly showcased their “impetous characters”.
“You’d think given their spotty reputation, the gov’t would choose more eloquent mouthpieces. Instead, they have impetuous characters like Pialago speak on their behalf. At least with speakers like these, they won’t be able to hide their incompetence with silver-tongued speeches.”
