Paolo Ballesteros was surprised by his Eat Bulaga! co-host Maine Mendoza with a one-of-a-kind cake.
Paolo, who just turned 38, received a funny, phallic-shaped birthday cake.
On the Instagram account of Paolo, the actor thanked his co-hosts Alden Richards, Wally Bayola, Jose Manalo, and Maine who surprised him with the hilarious cake.

Paolo Ballesteros and Maine Mendoza have been working together as co-hosts on Eat Bulaga for almost five years. Wally started in the show since 2000 while Paolo entered after a year. Wally, Paolo and Jose Manalo have been together for two decades already.
Paolo also shared a hilarious experience when Maine filled his phone with her wacky selfies.
Ballesteros left his cellphone with his good friend only to discover at least 20 selfies of the actress and what seems to be her entire meal course.
