An intimate, colorful and resplendent party held amidst the lush gardens of the beautifully restored pre-war mansion Palacio de Memoria made the first birthday celebration Zoe Natalia, daughter of Actress Sofia Andres and her partner, race car driver Daniel Miranda, truly memorable.
The Cocomelon-themed event was held at a tent that was adorned with colorful pastel balloons, life-size character standees, and floral arrangements with the help of events stylist Gideon Hermosa.
“What I like about Palacio de Memoria is that it is not just your typical events center. The place has a lot of interesting history and I want to share that with people who would like to see it as well,” said Andres. “Also, having the party beside an airplane is amazing,” he added, referring to Palacio de Memoria’s decommissioned Antonov 24 B Russian aircraft which has been transformed into the vintage yet funky Mosphil Lounge for events.
“Working with Palacio de Memoria was a swift ride. Everything happened so fast, but Daniel’s mom and all of the staff really guided me in planning this event,” she said.
Miranda is the son of Angelique Lhuillier-Miranda, the director and co-owner of Palacio de Memoria. He and Andres first met at a club in Taguig back in 2017. According to one of the actresses’ vlogs, they spent the next months exchanging texts and calls until their relationship blossomed. It was in June 2020 when Andres first made public her relationship with Miranda, along with the news that they are now parents.
They also worked with Arteegram Manila, The Party Project, and Hello Rainbow for the party favors and giveaways; Sweet Creations by Mums for the Cocomelon-themed cake and dessert spread; Party Station Philippines for the decorations; and Pink’s Hot Dogs, Carlito’s Catering, Ineng’s Barbecue, and Mama Paz Spaghetti for the delicious food. Proud Rag captured the event via photos and video.
With the easing of quarantine protocols in the country, Palacio de Memoria can now accommodate intimate celebrations for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties, and more.
Among the different locations at the luxurious Lhuillier-managed estate where you can hold your events include the Los Tamaraos Ballroom, the Loggia, the Bunker Bar, and the picture-perfect Back Garden. Palacio de Memoria will also soon open its chapel for traditional nuptial masses. It can also hold pre-event photo shoots in the estate featuring the Lhuilliers’ unrivaled collection of art and historical pieces.
To help ensure the health of all couples and guests, Palacio de Memoria implements strict safety measures.
