On December 20, 2020, Wish 107.5 will be shining the spotlight on the voice behind the iconic “Wish 107.5” whisper. That man is no other than Kuya Daniel Razon — the voice and the man behind Wish 107.5.
The “Behind the Wishper” concert will recount the story of Wish 107.5: its beginnings, its challenges, and its successes through classic and memorable OPM songs. It will take viewers on Kuya Daniel Razon’s musical journey — how his love for music and his life experiences led him to conceptualize a radio station that successfully marries traditional and digital platforms to bring the Filipino talent to international shores.
The concert, which will be streamed live via Wish 107.5’s YouTube channel, will feature OPM A-listers such as KZ Tandingan, Morissette, Yeng Constantino, The Juans, BugoyDrilon, Janine Teñoso, Gerald Santos, and Marcos Sison. BMPI talents and Wishcovery alums The Wishfuls will also take part in the digital event.
Aside from a night of great music, in true Wish 107.5 fashion, it will also be a night of charity. On the eve of the concert, the station will also start giving away 107 tablets to deserving recipients. This is the station’s way of giving back after its YouTube channel surpassed the 10-million subscribership milestone in November. During Wish 107.5’s anniversary in August, the station donated 107 tablets to deserving students during its “Notes of Hope” digital concert.
