Singer-actress and known Duterte critic Agot Isidro slammed the President anew by echoing one of his famous lines about the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a tweet Wednesday, December 16, Agot posted Duterte’s classic “Sampalin ko yang veerus na yan” as spite to Duterte’s still chaotic pandemic response.

Isidro’s tweet came after Duterte’s weekly late-night public address which once more turned into another usual rambling session against his and the government’s critics.
In his public address, Duterte again spent much of his time about the ICC case and criticizing former Senator Sonny Trillanes.
The International Criminal Court has issued a report saying there is a basis to start an investigation on Duterte’s deadly war on drugs.
“The Office is satisfied that information available provides a reasonable basis to believe that the crimes against humanity of murder, torture, and the infliction of serious physical injury and mental harm as other inhumane acts were committed on the territory of the Philippines between at least 1 July 2016 and 16 March 2019, in connection to the WoD (war on drugs) campaign launched throughout the country,” said the ICC report.
Duterte however shrugged off the ICC report blasting Trillanes even comparing him to dog shit. Duterte also added that he’s not afraid to be jailed if ever.
“Itong tao na ‘to, si Trillanes, may statement siya. Trillanes, alam mo, ‘pag nakita ko ‘yang pangalan mo, nakikita ko tae ng aso. Every time I look at you, you’re a shit of a dog,”
“Mas marunong ka pa. Bakit mo ako takutin na magpreso? If it is my destiny na magpreso ako, eh di magpreso ako,”
He also lambasted the Trillanes and the opposition for doing nothing but criticize the government. He even alleged the opposition of conniving with the communist to ramp-up criticisms against him.
“Mga Filipino, anong ginawa nitong pu—- in– ito? Sige sabihin mo. Maski mali mali, ano’ng ginawa ng animal na ito?”
“Wala itong nagawa kundi mag-exhibition. Wala itong nagawa kundi manira ng tao,”
“‘Wag kayong maniwala diyan sa opposition. Walang ginawa ‘yan, gusto lang niyan bumalik. Kung maaari lang, ibibigay ko na lang para hindi na sisirain ang Filipino. Hindi na tayo masira, ibigay ko na lang. Ito, wala itong ginawa kundi mamulitika,”
“Nakipag-kuntsaba, pati itong mga komunista nakapasok sa gobyerno.”
