On Twitter, BL actor Tony Labrusca shared his reaction regarding a tweet.
A netizen set Tony Labrusca as an example that men just rely on facial hair to look more pleasing just as women rely on makeup.
This comment implied that Tony only looks pleasing with facial hair, but without it, he does not.
Tony was offended by this analogy and replied, “HEY, that hurts”.
Usually, facial hair stands as a symbol of masculinity and maturity for men.
Recently, Tony clarified rumors regarding his sexuality and said that he does not consider himself a homosexual.
He then expressed dismay over people who focused on his sexuality and says that it somehow affects his craft.
Tony believes that even though he will take down the ‘gay issue’ against him, still other people will insist that he is.
“Let’s say, if I did say I was gay, some people still wouldn’t believe me, or some people would still hate me. They would say I’m doing it for attention, or they’ll say I’m queerbaiting. Or some people would be, like, ‘O, sabi ko na nga ba, e.’ And then people would end up hating me. So my point is, whatever I say, whatever I do, whatever I identify as, it doesn’t matter. The’re still gonna be people that hate me, because I’m me,” he said.
