With the recent Instagram photo of Miss Philippines Earth 2009 Sandra Seifert confirming her love child with Cesar Montano, another child of the award-winning actor also appeared on social media.
Montano had two children with his first wife, the late Marilyn Polinga. Then he had a son with Teresa Loyzaga, actor Diego Loyzaga. Then, Montano had three children with his ex-wife actress Sunshine Cruz. Then came his child with Sandra.
Now in another post, his current partner Kath Angeles shared a photo of Montano holding a little girl with the caption “My princess! Love you!” and a hashtag #latepostbirthday.
Additionally, Montano also posted a video on his Instagram account. “Happy Birthday Liam! But Kristen is faster.”

Angeles is the current romantic partner of Montano, and she was the mystery naked woman behind his viral “Happy Birthday Kagawad Chris” video back in 2018. Montano and Angeles confirmed it with a re-enactment of the viral video this 2020.
Montano and Cruz separated in 2013 and officially annulled their marriage in 2018, thus allowing the actor to pursue romantic relationships with other women.
Aside from these women, Montano also has been linked to actress Krista Miller and model Sophie Rankin.
