Lolit Solis and Cristy Fermin, who host Take It Per Minute Me Ganuon, do not want to leave Mr. Fu behind for their show with Kris Aquino.
Solis divulged on Instagram the reason their planned talk show with Queen of all Media Aquino was scrapped.
To recall, Kris and Lolit worked together on GMA’s Startalk while Cristy and Kris worked together on ABS-CBN’s The Buzz. That’s why Lolit admitted that they were excited when they knew about their supposed project.
“Exciting dahil sa daldal namin tatlo nila Kris at Cristy siguro ang ingay literally at in fairness, very juicy ang lahat ng lalabas sa mga bibig namin.”
However, the show did not push through.
Lolit does not put the blame on Kris but she also noted that she and Cristy became a bit hardheaded.
She related that Kris was not in favor of the idea of Mr. Fu joining them on the show.
“Nuon una kasi ayaw sana ni Kris kasama si Mr. Fu dahil idea niya 3 babae lang, pero pumayag din siya magkaruon ng trial period at tignan kung mag blend sa amin si Mr Fu.”
All of their requests were followed but eventually, Cristy felt bad about giving Mr. Fu a ‘trial period’ for the talk show so, Cristy decided not to do it.
Since Cristy decided to leave the show, Lolit also decided to leave.
“As a group we are responsible for each other, one for all, all for one. Iyon ang bonding na naganap sa amin sa Take It Per Minute Me Ganuon.”
She also said Kris is not really comfortable working with one of them, which pushed them really to cancel the show.
The columnist said that Mr. Fu is worth the sacrifice because she seems to love working with the latter.
She said that Kris missed the chance to get to know and work with Mr. Fu, who is very enjoyable to work with. But, they do not regret deciding to call off the show.
“The only regret for giving up this show, we could have given our followers the top of the line enjoyment in watching us having repartee with each other.
“For now, let it go. No regrets. If it is not meant to be, no matter how hard you push, walang mangyayari.”
Lolit then sent her love to Kris Aquino and her support for her upcoming Sunday show.
“Basta all the best Kris, kaya mo iyan, FIGHTING. Saranghae and good luck to your show. Promise, watch ko iyan, exciting iyan for sure. Love you.”
