Former ABS-CBN President now Chief Content Officer Charo Santos admitted that she is a big fan of the Piolo Pascual and Judy Ann Santos love team.
Charo said that she saw Judy Ann’s potential to be a superstar since she discovered her at a young age. She also revealed that Piolo is her number one crush because of his looks and attitude.
With this, Charo hopes that the reunion and screen comeback of the Piolo and Juday love team will happen soon.
“I will pray that the stars will align for their reunion movie to happen,” she said.
Juday said during the press conference for Starla that she and Piolo can reunite in a future project as she is open to working with him in the future.
“With a perfect project, right director and a perfect timing, bakit naman hindi?” she said.
Piolo also disclosed last year that he has been waiting for so long for this dream project and Juday is aware of it.
“I hope it happens before our hair is old and gray, kasi kalahati ng ulo ko gray na. Sana bago kami maging lolo at lola makagawa kami ng pelikula.”
The Piolo and Juday tandem was one of the most sought love teams of the early 2000s. They last worked together in the movie of Joyce Bernal, Don’t Give Up On Us in 2006.
Their other projects include the TV series Esperanza (1999), movies Kahit Isang Saglit (2000), Bakit ‘di Totohanin (2001), and Till There Was You (2003).
