Arci Munoz is rumored to be in a romantic relationship with Rodrigo Duterte’s son, Sebastian “Baste” Duterte.
The rumors came up after a year since her breakup with businessman Anthony Ng.
Apart from this, she has had several failed relationships in the past.
When the actress was asked for the reason why she went through these past breakups, Arci explained that she is like the “man” in a relationship. “As in buhos talaga, e. Parang ako yung lalaki,” she said.
Arci was first linked to the Davao City Vice Mayor years ago. In August 2019, the actress was revealed as the ninang of Rodrigo Duterte III, the first grandson of Davao City’s 1st district representative Paolo “Pulong” Duterte.
It is also not the first time for Baste to be linked to a showbiz personality. He was linked to actress Ellen Adarna in 2017. She would later have a child with her former co-star John Lloyd Cruz in June 2018.
Arci supported the relationship of Ellen and Baste who were both good friends of hers.
At the height of Ellen and Baste’s break up in 2017, Arci was asked if she was attracted to Baste and she replied, “Tropa ko siya e.Tropa ko siya,tropa ko silang dalawa.”
She also described him as a “loyal and faithful” man.
As a close friend of the two, Arci thought that the relationship would work.
She said, “Akala ko nga,ano sila, kasi nung magkakasama kami, sobra silang..parang lalaking version ni Ellen si Baste.”
Arci has remained silent about her rumored romance with Baste. She is currently preoccupied with her projects with ABS-CBN.
She starred with fellow Kapamilya stars Angelica Panganiban, Paulo Avelino, and Zanjoe Marudo in Walang Hanggang Paalam. which premiered on September 21.
Arci along with her former Pamilya Ko co-star JM de Guzman, joined the PH Army’s Basic Citizen Military Training.
She and JM were also rumored to be a couple but the Kapamilya actress dismissed this explaining that they don’t intend to ruin the beauty of their friendship.
