Miss Q&A grand champion Juliana Parizcova Segovia reveals that he is afraid of going back to the life that he had before he rose to fame by winning ‘It’s Showtime‘s’ Miss Q&A.
On a Magandang Buhay episode on Tuesday, October 13, Juliana mentioned that he suffered from anxiety thinking about his life and career as an artist after the shutdown of the ABS-CBN network.
However, he said that Melai Cantiveros, one of the hosts of the morning talk show, was one of the people who helped him and gave him advice.
Hanggang one time nagkausap kami ni momshie Melai.
He said that thinking about people who show neither concern nor judgment towards his dilemma added in building up his anxiety.
‘Yung ganun. So parang dumadagdag siya sa bigat kapag alam mo na ‘yung pinagsasabihan mo ay walang pakialam,” he said.
Juliana admitted that the roots of his anxiety came from his fear of going back to his old life as an ordinary person. He even mentioned that he refuses to let his mother work because he wanted to let her live a comfortable life.
‘Yun ang lagi kong nasa isip,” said Juliana.
Previously, Juliana also talked about his anxiety during his appearance in the online show ‘This Is Showbiz.’
He said that with the shutdown of the Kapamilya network, he is afraid his career as an artist was only short-lived. He said that he was lost as to what he would do and would often cry at night.
“Paano ba ako magsisimula? Ano ba ’to? Sabi ko, ‘Lord, ano ‘to? Bakit parang ang bilis? Ano ba ito? Patikim lang o may iba pa Kayong plano sa akin?’” he said.
Juliana turned from being a Beauty Queen into an actor when he appeared in the hit TV series ‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.‘ He said that his inspiration to pursue a career in acting was cut-off with the ABS-CBN’s shutdown.
“So, nu’ng time na yon… paano ko pa ito matutuloy? Paano ko pa gagalingan?” asked Juliana.
Regarding his P1 million prize that he won from the Miss Q and A competition, Juliana revealed that he spent most of it in setting a comfortable life for his family but revealed that it was not enough for him to buy a car.
Kailangan talaga sa trabaho, eh,” she ended.
