Kapamilya artist KC Concepcion likened the Netflix series “Emily in Paris” to her life back when she was still studying college in Paris.
The said series follows the carefree character of Emily who moved to Paris for a job opportunity while experiencing challenges and adventures along the way.
KC posted on her Instagram account saying that the series is similar to the life that she had while studying in Paris as she posted her photos about her adventures in the city along with the friends that she met.

“‘Emily in Paris’ feels like my college blog come to life, I have so many experiences just like hers omg,” she wrote.
The 35-year-old actress mentioned that the life of Emily was similar to her except for one detail as KC explained that she experienced being locked out of her apartment and hiring a movie stuntman just to climb her building and open the door for her.
“Except she never had to hire a movie stuntman to climb up her apartment building to open her door cuz she locked her keys in her chambre de bonne one night and had to go to school the next MORNING – happened to me,” she wrote.
She added saying that, “#tb Missing the Paris crew BIG TIME and all our adventures together! ♥️”
KC Concepcion studied at the American University of Paris with the course of International Communications and graduated in 2007.
It can be remembered that in the early months of the community quarantine, KC posted a throwback photo of her graduation in Paris which was attended by her mother ‘Megastar’ Sharon Cuneta and stepfather Kiko Pangilinan along with her half-siblings Frankie and Miel.

She wrote about how her time alone in a foreign country made her independent and molded her as a person.
“I eventually grew into it, adapted to the culture, got molded by the places and people— that time remains to be an enormous part of who I am today,” she wrote.
She also shared the things that she learned in all the years that she spent studying in Paris.
“How to do things, how to feel things, how to stay disciplined, how to manage your emotions, how to empathize, how to support yourself, not getting it right all the time, but staying the course and picking yourself back up again,” KC wrote.
Meanwhile, KC also shared that she had a job while staying in Paris, France. In an Instagram post, the actress revealed that she worked as a secretary in a press agency.

“Me during my 9-5. 🤣 Did you know I once worked as an admin assistant/secretary (for all male bosses in a press agency) while living in Paris? Hahah 🇫🇷 Now you know!!🤷🏻♀️” the actress wrote in the caption.
“Thankful for those who make our lives easier. It’s not an easy job. xoxo” she added.
