Anjo Bagaoisan, an ABS-CBN journalist, observed the different symbolisms included in the OBB which represents the union of ABS-CBN and ZOE TV.
In the first 5 seconds of the video, a golden letter ‘A’ with rings burst background which is similar to ABS-CBN’s Station ID in 2014, inspired by the concept of the Universe.

In the next 7 seconds, a golden number ‘2’ appeared, this time similar to the logo of ‘Ang Pagbabalik ng Bituin’, a show way back in 1987 which steered the new beginning of the network. This show led to the big hit of the network by the end of 1987 which has continued until the present.
May isa pa pala–ang pinaka-deep cut na call back. #A2Z pic.twitter.com/4gq5QzEmhe

We can also see afterward, the golden letter ‘Z’ surrounded by rings and balls which represents ZOE TV and its iconic station ID.
The color theme used in the OBB of A2Z seemed to be inspired by the ABS-CBN’s station ID in 2003 when they celebrated their 50th year in the service of the Filipino people.
Also, this blue & gold color scheme reminds me of another station ID that brings goosebumps– ABS-CBN at 50 from 2003. #A2Z pic.twitter.com/qDViNZHHNz

Its name also seems to be derived from the first letter of the two stations; ‘A’ for ABS-CBN; and ‘Z’ for ZOE TV.
The rebranding of A2Z is indeed meaningful as tt incorporated the background of the two joined media companies discreetly.
As the partnership of ABS-CBN and ZOE TV begins, it is expected that some Kapamilya shows and movies will be aired on Channel 11, A2Z.
