Along with the said partnership of the agencies, Johnny Manahan (Mr. M), who is the founder and chairman emeritus of Star Magic, also has 2 programs on the Kapatid network which are Lunch Out Loud and Sunday Noontime Live.

Previously, Julia talked about her best memory of Mr. M during the celebration of the director’s 50th anniversary through an online conference tribute called “The Man behind the Magic.”
The young actress shared a memorable event that occurred during an ABS-CBN Star Magic Ball when Mr. M fined her for underage drinking.
“Ako personally, the same with everybody siguro, ang dami kong mashi-share na moments pero siguro ang pinaka-tumatak talaga sakin is… may isang Star Magic Ball and siyempre ang pwede lang uminom any ang mga 18 and above (of age). Pero nung mga panahong yun, 17 palang ako and uminom ako ng champagne,” Julia said during the tribute.
“And then ASAP next weekend, na-fine ako. Php10,000 (for) underage drinking. So ayan ang pinaka-memorable moment ko with Mr. M. Nung siningil niya ko ng 10,000 as fine for underage drinking noon,” she added.
The 23-year-old actress also said that she is thankful to the director for everything that he has taught her and helped her with. She thanked him for the success of her career and for being a father to all the Star Magic artists.
“Mr. M this is your tribute. Gusto kong magpasalamat sa lahat for taking me in and for just [helping me with] all the values that I have with me now and will take with me as I grow older. I’m so so so thankful to have been a part of Star Magic and to have you as a father. I don’t think I will be able to thank you enough just for absolutely everything, for making my dreams come true, for believing in me, and for looking after all of us and treating us like your own. I can’t imagine Star Magic without you as our dad,” said Julia.
