Riding on the success K-Pop and Korean drama craze, Eugene Domingo’s Kimmy Dora and the Temple ng Kiyeme featured scenes set in the Philipines and Korea.
The comedy horror film tells the story of the GoDongHae twins Kimmy and Dora, as they fight off a paranormal entity from their parent’s past. The film is the second highest-grossing Filipino film of 2012, with total earnings of 133.4 million pesos.
The film also stars Zanjoe Marudo and Dingdong Dantes.
