Starting October 10, through a block time agreement between ABS-CBN and ZOE TV, owned Bro. Eddie Villanueva, Kapamilya shows and movies will be aired on Channel 11 which was rebranded to A2Z.
A2Z will be added to Sky Cable’s channel line up and will be seen on analog TV in Metro Manila and other provinces said the ABS-CBN Corporation.
After rejecting the appeal of ABS-CBN for a franchise renewal, Congress officially terminated the broadcast rights of the network in July.
The non-renewal caused the media company to lay off workers and shut down some of its programs and services.
In spite of this, ABS-CBN ventured to online streaming platforms to deliver entertainment and continued service to the Filipino people.
And this partnership with ZOE TV is another step for the network to widen their reach amidst the denial of their franchise.
