Senator Bong Revilla is delighted that a lot of participants joined in his contest, KAP’s Amazing 1500 Gadget Giveaway, which aims to give free tablets and cellphones to students for online learning.
KAP’s Amazing 1500 Gadget Giveaway started last September 20 as part of his birthday celebration.
It only started with 300 gadgets but since so many joined, not only from different parts of the country but also OFWs abroad as well, he increased the number.
Revilla shared that hosting a game show is very tiring but for the purpose of helping people he will do it even for the whole day, “Nakakapagod din pala ang mag-host ng game show. Yung wala kang tigil sa pagsasalita, ‘tapos buong oras na ikaw lang, walang pahinga.”
Among those who sponsored Revilla’s event is former President Joseph Estrada and Mother Lily Monteverde.
But some netizens have mixed reactions to Revilla’s initiative in giving free tablets and cellphones for online classes.

More of Revilla’s friends reportedly want to sponsor more gadgets. Revilla also said they might extend the giveaway to cater to more students.
