In the video, a narrator answers the question: where is God in this pandemic. The narrator lists failures in pandemic response from schools, workplaces, governments, and society. It implies that these failures are a result of people excluding God from their daily lives.
The narrator then asks its viewers to let God back in to help ease people’s lives.
As of September 1, 2020, there are over 25 million cases of COVID-19 all over the world. With 848 thousand deaths and 16 million recoveries, the world came to an economic halt when the virus ravaged through different countries around the world.
The Philippines currently has 224,264 confirmed cases of COVID-19, with 3,597 deaths and 158,012 recoveries. The Philippines is also in an economic nosedive with the GDP dipping to -3.8% as of June 2020, according to the Asian Development Bank.
Clavio became the subject of controversy after Sarah Balabagan’s revelation that he is the father of her first child after 22 years of silence. Sarah revealed that she was 17 years old when she got pregnant. She clarified that her revelation was due to a viral post.
Sarah was an imprisoned OFW in the Middle East during the ’90s. Sarah stabbed her employer to death after he attempted to rape her. The alleged Arnold-Sarah relationship took place in 1996 when Sarah, 17 years old, returned to the Philippines, and Arnold, 31 years old, was one of those reporters who covered her case.
