Recently Megastar Sharon Cuneta recalled her memories with former onscreen partner Gabby Concepcion on the 39th anniversary of their first-ever movie together, Dear Heart.
On her Instagram account, she shared a throwback photo of her teenage years at 15 with matinee idol Gabby at 17, tagging their former life as “simple, pure and innocent.”
“Eto na po mga solid na S-G (So this is it, solid fans of S-G). He was 17, I was 15. Things were super simple, pure, innocent, “Di pa po kami magkaano-ano dito at after shooting na kami nag-usap. Okay na po? Para sa susmaryosep na di makamove-on! Hahaha!”

In another post, she recognized all the supporters of the “ShaGab” tandem for continuously admiring their partnership that is undeniably one of the most iconic and well-loved of all time.

However, Sharon became aware that their accounts were still blocked from each other when she was unable to tag Gabby on her post yet she was able to tag another person with the same name.
Despite the unfollowing, she clarified that everything is fine between them saying, “Inayos ko na. Pero niblock pa rin namin ang isa’t isa kaya di ko pa rin sya matag. Okay lang sus!”
Yet their fans still hoped that they unblock each other since they are on good terms.
It can be recalled that the two unfollowed one another last 2018 on Instagram shortly after they reunited.
The Sharon-Gabby love team rose to fame in their first-ever romantic film “Dear Heart” which hit the cinemas in 1981. This made way for the two to become a reel-to-real life couple after falling in love with each other.
Sharon described Gabby as her “first love,” and contrary to reports, she was not yet pregnant with KC when he asked her to marry him.
In the ’80s they starred together in numerous movies. They had two weddings—a civil ceremony and a church ceremony. Unfortunately, three years after their wedding, they broke up.
