Now that Love Thy Woman is on its last three weeks, Ruffa Gutierrez along with her co-stars Eula Valdez and Sunshine Cruz took the opportunity to thank Kapamilya fans who continued to be loyal to ABS-CBN amid the franchise rejection.
During the Love Thy Woman Chikahan session with Sunshine, Eula, and influencer Macoy Dubs on Kapamilya Online Live on Friday, Ruffa thanked viewers for continuing to watch their TV show.
The actress thanked Love Thy Woman supporters that despite the digital shifting of ABS-CBN to entertain Filipino viewers the support is still overwhelming.
“Ako, gusto ko lang sabihin na talagang all of us, in behalf of all of us, gusto naming magpasalamat sa inyong lahat na hindi kayo bumitaw sa amin. Kahit na isinara na iyong istasyon sa TV, sa free TV, nandiyan pa rin kayo sa Facebook, sa YouTube, number one pa rin kayo.”
Ruffa also stressed the growing number of ratings that the show has gotten on the different streaming media platforms such as iWant TV, Iflix and YouTube.
“We can see the numbers and it’s growing every day. So, I think the future is now digital, so nandiyan po kayong lahat, it’s streaming, and nakatutok pa rin silang lahat sa atin.”
Also, as seen on her Instagram feed, the actress seems to be very happy working with fellow actresses Kim Chiu and Yam Concepcion.

Recently, Ruffa reacted to her mother Annabelle Rama’s trending outburst about the ABS-CBN franchise.

The actress even shared how her mother took time to make the right tweet and even writes it on paper first.
“For the longest time, ‘di s’ya nag-Twitter, biglang nabuhay na naman dugo n’ya nu’ng nanood sya ng ABS-CBN hearing. She doesn’t know how to tweet, minsan sinusulat muna n’ya sa paper,” Ruffa shared.
“My mom was just expressing her support especially for these trying times. Wala namang masama dun. I think nag-stop s’ya after nu’n.”
