Hashtag member Nikko Natividad aired his reaction to the recent news of corruption in the country. Top officials of Philippine Health Insurance Corp or PhilHealth allegedly pocketed around P15 billion in funds from the state-run company.
Many also demand to know what President Rodrigo Duterte has done with the P275-billion COVID-19 budget since they are seeking another round of funding.
In a sarcastic tone, Nikko expressed his dismay over the recent happenings in the country.
“Gusto kong ipagsigawan sa mundo na napaka-corrupt ng bansang sinilangan ko. I’m so proud, promise. Walang halong joke. Partida, epidemya pa ‘yan. Pa’no kung ordinary day lang?” he said on Twitter.

In another Tweet, he jokingly said that he would surely have a brighter future as a PhilHealth official than being a celebrity.
He wrote, “Ayoko na pala mag artista mabagal pera. Mag apply nalang akong opisyales sa philhealth sure maaabot ko lahat ng pangarap ko.”
