Veteran broadcast journalist Korina Sanchez was praised for maintaining a sexy and stunning figure at the age of 55.
Korina admitted that she has been putting much of her effort into workouts as well as having a healthy lifestyle in order to maintain her ideal weight.
The photo collage showed her having toned muscles as a result of her regular swimming workouts.
“Just to report to you: From 118 days since Day One of lockdown on March 17: 121lbs pre COVID; down to 110 lbs in 2 months. “And I’ve been able to maintain. (that’s REAL challenge). 20-50g daily carbs only. SWIMMING. 5 lb weights. Kaya mo rin yan. #BestLife,” the award-winning broadcast journalist captioned the post.

It can be remembered that the Rated K host previously advised everyone to consult medical assistance first before starting any weight-loss diet. She reminded people that it will take a lot of hard work and effort too.
She said,“Kase ang pangarap ng iba, pumayat nang nakahiga lang. Won’t happen, sorry. No pain, no gain. May be consult your family doctor about your diet first.”
Meanwhile, the popular TV host and news anchor has been tapped as the newest brand ambassador of Beautéderm Corporation. She has been collaborating with the company for 11 years now.
She currently endorses the Slender Sips K-llagen Collagen Drink which she also called as the “fountain of youth.”
“Marami ang nagtatanong kung bakit mukha akong bata para sa aking edad. Well, K-llagen is a healthy and delicious collagen drink that I take every day,” Korina shared.
“I am extremely proud to be part of this collaboration. Sa buong staff ng Beautéderm, sa amazing resellers at distributors, sa aming loyal users, at sa aking mahal na kaibigan na si Rei Tan, congratulations! Honored na maging bahagi ng iyong family,” she added.
Korina was among the first workers laid off by ABS-CBN Corporation following the denial of its franchise renewal. It went off the air last May 5 as ordered by the government.
