Kapamilya actress and philanthropist Angel Locsin proudly shared her recognition award from Zonta.
In an Instagram post, Angel shared a picture of her Centennial Champion Award from the Zonta Club of Makati and Environs Foundation Inc.

According to their website, Zonta International “is a leading global organization of professionals empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy.”
Currently, it has more than 30,000 members who belong to more than 1,200 Zonta Clubs in 63 different countries and geographic areas.
Meanwhile, The Zonta Club of Makati which is a member of the Zonta International was chartered on April 26, 1971, with 22 members. Currently, there are more than 50 members representing diverse classifications.
Angel has been known for her humanitarian works. From Yolanda to Ondoy to Marawi, Jolo, and now with the COVID-19 pandemic, Angel has always been there to help and lend her helping hand.
Just recently, Angel together with the staff of her program Iba Yan and in collaboration with Heaven’s Touch Cuisine helped in packing food packs to be distributed to the locally stranded individuals in Manila.
In a Facebook post, Heaven’s Touch Cuisine shared a picture of Angel together with 300 packs of pansit and siomai rice that they distributed to the LSI in North Port in Manila.
