Kris Aquino’s much-awaited return to showbiz is finally becoming true as she proceeds with her new talk show on TV5 ‘Lovelife with Kris’. Her TV comeback was supposed to start on July 25 but it was put on hold.
The ‘Queen of All-Media’ did a promo shoot for the teaser of her upcoming show when Raffy Tulfo, host of Raffy Tulfo in Action, decided to pay her a visit to formally welcome her to the Kapatid network.
Tulfo is a Kapatid star as host for Raffy Tulfo in Action which many people enjoy watching because the program focuses on aiding the poor and marginalized with domestic affairs and societal injustices.
Kris was happy with Tulfo’s gesture to welcome her and they talked for a bit while they were both in the TV5 building. Kris is already starting to get used to her new network and is establishing good camaraderie with her fellow Kapatid artists.
Kris noted how beautiful Tulfo’s shoes are as the broadcast journalist is known for collecting Balenciaga shoes which is a luxury brand.
Tulfo returned Kris Aquino’s compliment by saying, “Maganda ka sa personal.”
There were no further details on the show Lovelife with Kris so fans will just have to wait for more updates from the network’s producers. They mentioned that they will issue a press release to officially announce the date when the show will be aired.
There were criticisms on safety regarding the promo shoot of Kris saying that COVID-19 is still very much a threat. However, the director of the promo shoot Mark Miley made sure that all the production staff and employees were wearing their personal protective equipment (PPE) to make sure that no quarantine protocols were violated.
Kris was the only one not wearing her PPE suit but she was wearing a face mask and face shield just to be safe. The production team said that Kris only took off her face mask and shield when she was asked to take photos for her promo shoot.
The actress being in the TV5 building shocked the Kapatid employees. They were not expecting to see Kris walking in the TV5 hallway especially since the artist had no shows for a very long time. That’s why the staff couldn’t help but takes pictures and videos of Kris through their personal phones but they were not allowed to approach the artist for security and health reasons.
The show’s production team is positive that Lovelife with Kris will receive a warm welcome from the Kapatid viewers because it contains interesting and fresh concepts. Kris is also already comfortable with the part because she had experienced being a TV host before.
It is also noted that the variety of guests that the show can have is not only limited to Kapatid artists. The show can invite Kapamilya artists as well because the ABS-CBN network had already released the contracts of its employees and talents. The show is also looking forward to having guests from the Kapuso network.
It can be recalled that Kris Aquino posted a summarization of her recent career development and about her life as well.

The actress-host said that she believes in the conglomerate leader’s integrity for opening their doors to her even though some turned their backs on her.
“And i BELIEVE in their leader’s INTEGRITY. That conviction though tested, because after all i am HUMAN, remains steadfast,” she said.
