Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray made an intriguing post on her Instagram story that made the netizens think that it was her response to ex-boyfriend Clint Bondad series of disturbing posts.
Her posts came after her ex-boyfriend Clint Bondad has been posting short and random messages on his Instagram over the course of several days, starting Wednesday night, July 15. Clint’s posts include him saying that he is just the ex and that he is a virus in the eyes of people.
While some may think of it as random, some are thinking that it is connected to his breakup with Catriona and how he is silently fighting a battle with himself. Clint’s posts had the netizens worried about his well-being saying that he is in need of help. His posts also hint to Sam Milby who is currently Catriona’s boyfriend because some of his posts contain the name of Sam.
The beauty queen’s post trended on Twitter raising speculations that it is connected to Clint’s consecutive posts and that it is her way of responding to him. Catriona posted a lyric of a song entitled “See A Victory” that goes like this:
“The weapon may be formed but it won’t prosper. When the darkness falls, it won’t prevail. Cause the God I serve knows only how to triumph. My God will never fail.”
People have been saying that this is Catriona’s way of saying that Clint’s posts hold no value to her and that she will continue with her life with the guidance of the Lord. That Clint may have something against her relationship with Sam but it won’t be enough to destroy what she and Sam share.
It wasn’t clear that the post was Catriona’s response to her ex-boyfriend but netizens concluded that it is because, in the recent posts of Clint, he has shared messages with the word “weapon” in it.
Clint’s posts continue to confuse the netizens as they eagerly try to solve the puzzle that the actor-model has been sharing. Netizens continue to crack the codes and make theories about what Clint is trying to say.
Sam Milby on the other hand, has remained silent with regard to the issue. He did not post or share anything related to Clint’s cryptic posts. It can be remembered that Clint has directly messaged Sam on Instagram asking him to be his “client”. Sam has yet to reply to the message and is rather focusing on his taping his show.
Actress Loren Burgos posted on Instagram a behind-the-scenes photo with Sam. The actor will star in ABS-CBN’s upcoming series “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin” including artists such as Jodi Sta. Maria, Maricel Soriano, and Iza Calzado.

In an Instagram post, Sam Milby confirmed that the taping for his new show will resume along with a sentimental message for ABS-CBN. He said that he was saddened by the decision of the congress to reject the network’s franchise renewal and that he is still in complete disbelief. He is worried about what the future hold for the Filipino people now that the media giant was shut down.
Sam also expressed his admiration to the ABS-CBN executives for fighting for the network throughout the hearings and handling it with utmost humility and respect. He said that though the news is still hard to accept, he believes that any struggles or challenges can be overcome if people would just have faith in God.
“This past week started with so much promise: the blessing of our taping resuming, feeling the first hints of ‘normal’ since the pandemic started. But the last two days… it’s been hard to know what to feel, let alone what to say. To be honest, I’m still in disbelief with the decision that was made and the volumes it speaks about the future of our nation. I have so much respect and admiration for the ABS-CBN bosses and how they handled the hearings with humility, respect, and willingness to grow. This is still hard to accept, and the challenges appear unsurmountable but we have an even bigger God and I put my faith in Him. Babangon uli tayo Kapamilya,” Sam wrote.
Catriona Gray and Clint Bondad ended their relationship after 6 long years saying that it was a mutual decision. Clint said that the breakup was something that they didn’t want, but certainly what they both needed at that point in their life. Catriona is now in a relationship with Sam Milby after they confirmed it through a post on Instagram on Sam’s 36th birthday.
