• JK Labajo shared his slimmer look on Instagram
Filipino singer-songwriter Juan Karlos “JK” Labajo proudly shared on social media that he shed some pounds during the stay-at-home quarantine.
Labajo said he lost eight kilograms this whole quarantine which lasted for two and a half months.
He wrote on Instagram, “Good news naman tayo. Nag lose nako ng around 8kgs this whole quarantine. Let’s see.”

The “Buwan: singer has been known for having a chubby look since his debut in showbiz. He rose to fame after joining ABS-CBN ‘s reality singing competition The Voice Kids (Philippines season 1) shown from June to July 2014.
On the same social media platform, Labajo also showed his opposition to the passage of the controversial Anti-Terror Bill. He posted a photo which showed a boy peeing on the word “Anti-Terror Bill”.
The measure has passed both the House of Representatives and the Senate, and President Rodrigo Duterte is now expected to quickly sign the bill into law.
The Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020, which seeks to amend the Human Security Act of 2007 and looks to equip the country with better policies against terrorism. But netizens and celebrities feared that this may violate the basic rights of Filipinos.

The 19-year-old artist earlier shared a quote from Universal Music Group which talked about speaking up for a change.

Labajo recently announced on his Instagram page that he had given up searching for his long-lost father, Oliver Stolz.
In a series of Instagram stories, Labajo started narrating his years of searching along with the struggles he faced.
Labajo has never met his father since birth. He lost his mother to cancer at an early age, which is why his maternal grandmother raised him.
