Not only do we celebrate independence in June, we also celebrate love.
To celebrate this year’s Pride Month, Linya-Linya released an animated short film about love– and all kinds of it.
Showing support to the LGBTQIA+ community and promoting diversity, equality, love, and unity, the short features a poem narrated by writer and spoken word artist Juan Miguel Severo, written by Linya-Linya Creative Head Ali Sangalang, scored by Linya-Linya Managing Director Jim Bacarro, and produced by Highball Studios and Studio V.
Linya-Linya, a local retail brand and a team of content creators, has been active in helping and pushing for advocacies, including local arts & literature, local music, mental health, and education.
Bahagi ka ng bahaghari.
Along with the animated short, Linya-Linya also released a “Bahagi ka ng Bahaghari” limited edition shirt, which benefits the non-profit organization LoveYourself PH. 10% of sales will go directly to the org to help them with their initiatives. LoveYourself P H is a community of volunteers that believes that by embracing and nurturing our self-worth, we inspire others to do the same and create ripples of positive change in the community.
