GMA network senior reporter Joseph Morong shocked many netizens after he unexpectedly posted a selfie that exposed an ‘adult-only’ image which is inappropriate for a public photo.
On June 15, while waiting for the live nation address of President Rodrigo Duterte about the restricted quarantine measures of COVID-19, Morong posted a photo of himself on his Twitter account.
However, Morong was clueless that his selfie displayed an erotic image captured on his Twitter feed. He was later notified and he right away deleted the post but many had already taken screenshots so it eventually went viral.
until you guys pointed it out haha https://t.co/hg1LyuGHKd

In reply, he laughingly blamed his Twitter timeline. He followed this with an apology for unintentionally posting an improper image.
He posted, “hahah sorry about that guys haha. you’ll never know what’ll show on your timeline LOL”
“Bawasan ko na kaya fina-follow ko? hahaha un malilinis at busilak na lang haha joke lang. but sorry about that,” he added.

Although he deemed the post as ‘so embarrassing’, netizens think that it is totally normal.
Oh, Mr. Joseph Morong! When i saw your name in the Philippine Trends, i thought you were trending again because of your savage interviews. When i click your name, oh boy, I was so wrong.
What a great way to start the day! 😂
Ps. Nice tatoos. pic.twitter.com/zMo8sdK9OZ

Joseph Morong posted this pic not knowing sa content na meron sa timeline niya. Anyways, it's normal minsan meron rin sakin dahil nila-like ng mga mutuals ko. BUT FB STANS SURELY DON'T KNOW HOW TWITTER WORKS SO THEY EASILY ASSUMED AND CONCLUDED HIS SEXUALITY WHICH IS VERY WRONG pic.twitter.com/GdKmkkFjkf

Some netizens have been linking the reporter to Malacañang Spokesman Harry Roque.
The two were previously shipped when Roque at the height of his tirade against a CNN reporter suddenly changed his mood after being told by Morong to relax. The live conversation was captured as a ‘kilig’ moment by netizens.
