Known for being very serious about serving his constituents, Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto didn’t back down from answering some fan questions.
In an hour-long interview on Monster RX 93.1’s All Out with Rico Robles and Karla Aguas, Karla and Rico read a fan question asking Vico what advice he would give to his 20-year-old self
“I’d probably tell myself to study a bit harder and to get more experience with extra-curricular activities.”
The Pasig City Mayor shared that he didn’t study that much and he did not get to participate in extracurricular activities before.
“Kasi ‘di ako masyadong active nun e. So, I felt like after college, naghahabol ako ng experience. Pero okay naman ako ngayon.”
Vico studied Political Science at Ateneo de Manila University. He then went on to obtain a master’s degree at the same university where he graduated in 2018.
“But, I probably would have done a lot better if I had that experience in college. Join maybe, or be a bit more active sa orgs and probably take acads a little bit more seriously kasi ‘di ako masyadong nag-aral nung college.”
When asked about the idea of having a love life, Vico jokingly said that he’s not ready for a relationship.
“Love is patient, love is kind. Wala akong alam sa love at wala munang love life,”
In a past interview with Philippine Star, Mayor Vico shared what his ideal girl would be like,
“Ang gusto ko ho sana, hindi naman tayo magiging choosy no, gusto ko sana ‘yung matalino, may itsura naman, wala namang special talaga.”
