Malacanang Spokesman Harry Roque couldn’t control his temper during a live virtual presser at the palace.
The presidential spokesman appeared visibly irate as he berated CNN Philippines reporter Triciah Terada for what he mistakenly took as her report on Roque’s statement regarding mass testing.

GMA News reporter Joseph Morong broke the tension when it was his turn to ask questions. He reminded the Spokesperson to relax.
Roque, who appeared to be already in a good mood, said “I’m more relaxed now” in a more relaxed tune and with a sway of the head.
It seemed Roque’s mood changed when it came to Morong and tried hard to appear cute before the said reporter.

Herminio López Roque is a Filipino lawyer and a former law professor. On October 27, 2017, Roque was appointed presidential spokesperson, replacing Ernesto Abella. On November 22, 2017, he was designated presidential adviser for human rights concurrent with being the presidential spokesperson.
