- Alden answered him, “Pwedeng pwede, Father.”
- He also wanted to be a vlogger and possibly entering the Philippine Airforce
Pambansang Bae Alden Richards answered questions from fans online in an Instagram live while he was at home last May 3.
He shared that hatred for others can be a burden not just for other people but also to one’s self.
“Hindi niyo lang pinapahirapan ‘yung nakaalitan niyo, you’re burdening yourself
for the hatred you have for that person. Ang Diyos nga nagpapatawad, tayo pa?
He also said that people should forgive and let go of hatred to make peace and spread love.
“Parang, sino ba tayo para hindi magpatawad. So let go of all those hatred, make
peace, spread love. Be kind to one another.
His spiritual adviser Father Jeff asked him if he had plans of becoming a priest someday.
“Kaya pwede ka maging pari ‘di ba?” the priest said
Alden answered him, “Pwedeng pwede, Father.”
During the 2nd Diocesan Lenten Recollection, Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle also asked him the same question. But for Alden, he only wants to build a church that would make him so happy.
“Talaga, pinag-uusapan ‘yun, pero hindi naman tayo aabot sa ganun. Gusto ko lang makapagpatayo ng simbahan at ‘pag natupad ko ‘yun, sobrang saya ko.”
In his previous Instagram live, he also revealed that he also wants to become a vlogger.
“Gusto ko sana talaga mag-vlog. Number one, hindi talaga ako marunong mag-edit, and number two, tamad ako mag-video, tamad ako mag-post. Siguro konting push pa, gagawin ko na.”
He also shared his possibility of entering the Philippine Airforce.
“I’m just clearing things out with the management and siyempre it’s a way of being part of the people who are really concerned sa Pilipinas and I want to be part of it,” Alden shared as his face lit up while answering.
