Singer-actress and known Duterte critic Agot Isidro has commended the conduct of the Philippine Army in enforcing the enhanced community quarantine guidelines.
In a tweet, Isidro shared a news tweet by ABS-CBN journalist Anjo Bagaoisan regarding an Army reservist who gave out a face mask to people they caught walking on the street without one.

The PNP, on the other hand, figured in a slew of controversies in recent weeks, and most of them involving abuses of power.
Just recently, the PNP was embroiled in a controversy after a policeman tried to arrest a foreigner in Dasmarinas Village without a warrant of arrest.
The policeman said he got pissed off with the foreigner’s cursing and disobedience thus they engaged in a brawl which led to the foreigner being held on the ground causing some abrasions on the latter.

Another controversy was the shooting and killing of retired army personnel Winston Ragos.
Instead of preserving the crime scene, the police took away a crucial piece of evidence in broad daylight and later, they would supposedly find a loaded revolver without a serial number in Winston Ragos’s sling bag. Witnesses, however, said he was unarmed. pic.twitter.com/JQaSL1G8mX

And the latest one involving police who beat up a minor caught outside their home.

Meanwhile, some netizens who replied to Agot’s tweet agreed that AFP personnel are commendable with their actions compared to the PNP.
