- Marvin Agustin hoped that the government would allow mass testing.
- He thought that many Filipinos may be positive with COVID-19 but are just unaware.
The COVID-19 cases in the Philippines are still increasing in numbers and many Filipinos worry that this pandemic would worsen if the government would not think of other solutions to decrease the number of cases.
Some citizens suggested of having mass testing in order to know and isolate those positive with COVID-19, and one of them is actor-turned-entrepreneur Marvin Agustin.
In his post, he realized that in these difficult times, he’s praying for people to make the right decisions is important.
In times of difficulty, thats when true colors of people come out.

He also reminded the citizens that before voting, one should think of the crisis that the country is facing. So the person to be elected must be worthy for all.
Maraming sakuna, patayan at delubyong nangyari sating Pilipino. #Halalan2022

Agustin also shared a request to give consideration and be kind to the health workers. Let these front-liners enter or pay for their groceries for they have limited time to rest and take care of their respective families; for them get back to work in time.

He also had this suspicion that many Filipinos may be positive with COVID-19 but are just unaware. He suggested that everyone should be careful and isolate themselves as it is one of the best solutions to fight the virus.
Magingat at magisolate. Naasar sya pag nagquarantine tayo kasi wala sya malipatan at dumami sya. Laban Pilipinas. Spread positivity of attitude & spirit not virus.

With the thought he had, he hoped that the government would use testing kits for mass testing.

On another post, he said that people should be grateful and should not take things for granted as he encouraged everyone to stay strong.
Kung may bahay ka, swerte mo. Kung kumakain ka, sobra swerte mo. Pag wala ka sakit, sobra sobra swerte mo. Never take things for granted. This is a very very difficult time, at iba iba ang pinagdadaanan ng bawat isa satin. Keep fighting and praying!

In South Korea, Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-Wha said that testing is important to prevent more deaths happening from COVID-19. Thus, the SK government decided to perform mass testing without implementing lockdown.
The country had successfully prevented the increasing number of deaths coupled with having a good health care system is also its advantage.
