Sharon Cuneta praised Angel Locsin for helping the frontliners of the COVID-19 pandemic.
On Wednesday, Sharon praised Angel on Instagram for her initiative and concern for the frontliners.
“Mabuhay ka, Angel Locsin sa pagpapatayo mo ng tents para sa ating mga bayaning frontliners na kailangan pa nating lahat na pasalamatan ng 1 million times more than we’ve been thanking them! Taas-noo at lubos na respeto lang ang meron kami para inyong lahat — ating nurses, nursing assistants, beloved doctors and all medical workers plus lahat ng testers na sinusugal ang buhay ninyo araw-araw para sa mga PUI at mga may sakit na ng COVID-19! Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa inyo. ‘Di namin kayo nakakalimutan at makakalimutan habangbuhay!” ani Sharon.
“At salamat kay Ms. Angel Locsin na kahit ano pa ang tumatamang disasters sa bansa natin ay laging nakahandang tumulong! Love you, Sweetie. May God bless you more. Keep safe!” dagdag ni Sharon.
In her comment section, Angel thanked the Megastar for her comments and for reaching out to help as well.

Last February, the Megastar also shared a throwback photo of herself with Angel taken 15 years ago. As she can still recall the genuine love of Angel for her. She said that despite the huge ABS-CBN compound facility, Angel would go out of her way to drop by to say hello when she knows that she is within the complex.
“This was taken in 2005 or 2006. Angel was still Darna on GMA7. I was shooting my McDonald’a commercial with Kakie who was so obsessed with Darna then. Lemme tell you about this woman. Kahit nasaan siya sa laki ng ABS-CBN, pag nalaman niyang nandun din ako somewhere in the complex, pupuntahan niya ako kahit gaano kalayo para lang mag”hello.”
Angel was flattered as she said that Sharon is the only Megastar and recalled Sharon’s first time to said hi to her.
“Ikaw po ang MEGA STAR namin! Grabe, starstrucked 100% Naalala ko po nagaabang po ako sa labas ng Eat Bulaga para lang po makita kayo! Pero binaba nyo po yung bintana ng kotse nyo para mag hi, tapos namatay na po ako sa kilig. Thank you so much po for being a wonderful example para po sa amin sa industry.”
