Megastar Sharon Cuneta paid tribute to the real Darnas in times of tragedies who continue to help fellow Filipinos and frontliners in the midst of pandemic COVID-19 disease and extended enhanced community quarantine.
On her Instagram, Sharon first posted a photo of herself and Angel Locsin that remind the netizens that both of them have portrayed the Filipino superheroine Darna.
Angel Locsin started a fundraising campaign to be able to provide air-conditioned sleeping tents with misting machines and UV light for health workers.

Sharon also posted a photo of Regine Velasquez-Alcasid wearing the Darna costume. Asia’s songbird along with her husband Ogie Alcasid also supported Angel Locsin’s fundraising campaign for the frontliners.

The Megastar also praised Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo for creating acrylic face shields. It can be recalled Judy Ann portrayed the role of Krystala on ABS-CBN.
