Apparently, it was a campaign video by Brgy. Matandang Balara Quezon City to encourage people to stay at home and also warn people of the implications of being stubborn that may lead to COVID-19 infection.

However, several netizens weren’t amused and slammed the LGU responsible for the video shoot for wasting scarce PPEs.
