Recently, Heart opened up about her anxiety attacks and how she deals with it.
“On some days, battling anxiety gets really tough.
“I just keep telling myself that as long as I keep pushing and fighting my demons, my happy heart will keep beating,” she said.
But in order to keep her sanity, the Kapuso actress said that painting has helped her calm her anxiety.
