When Angel Locsin shared an update on Twitter about a patient who was declined by a hospital, a netizen fired back and said that he wanted to blame political parties and showbiz personalities whom he thinks convinced people to go out of their homes in spite of the quarantine.
Before the netizen concluded his tweet, he tried to provoke Angelica Panganiban who recently admitted she regrets once being a Duterte supporter.
The netizen who goes by the name of Francis responded: “I want to blame all the political parties, showbiz personalities, activists who are always persuading the people to go out and stand for their right. Instead of using their platform to call out for Unity and cooperation. Diba Angelica.”
Francis backtracked immediately and told Angel that he was referring to another Angelica.

Francis answered: “Ay hindi po ikaw un Angelica na tinutukoy ko Ms Angel super love kita cos dika lang beauty charitable pa. Ibang Angelica po naputol na kasi yung texts.”
Angel let it pass but warned Francis not to bash her friend Angelica Panganiban.
Ok. Wag yung kaibigan ko ha

Due to the government’s incompetence in solving the COVID-19 crisis, Angelica Panganiban revealed that she regretted supporting President Rodrigo Duterte during the last Presidential campaign.
Yes. Nakakalungkot. Pero oo. Patawarin niyo ko.

Netizens praised Angelica’s honesty and hope that the other voters who support Duterte will finally realize the wrong decision they made.

Dear @angelica_114 hindi ka nag-iisa. Marami tayong na-Duterte. Ang importante nagigising at namumulat tayo.

Whether or not celebrities express their opinions or not, provided support for fellow Filipinos and frontliners or not, netizens will always have something to say against them. Just like what happened to Angel who received criticism from a netizen questioning her continuous uploads on social media about the relief goods she was able to distribute.
