ABS-CBN launched two relevant digital projects, “Stay At Home Stories: Mga Kwento ng Taong Bahay,” which features the plight of Filipinos amid the COVID-19 outbreak, and “Team FitFil,” which aims to help Pinoys to be fit and in shape while staying indoors.
“Stay At Home Stories: Mga Kwento ng Taong Bahay” is a collection of short stories that gives viewers a glimpse of many Filipinos’ daily struggles amid the ongoing public health crisis. It is streamed twice a week on ABS-CBN Entertainment’s Facebook page (fb.com/ABSCBNnetwork), YouTube channel, and website (ent.abs-cbn.com).
For its premiere, former “PBB” housemates Aljon Mendoza and Hasna Cabral with veteran actor Jojit Lorenzo starred in the online show’s first two episodes. Aljon portrayed a frontliner who was forcefully separated from his father due to the outbreak in the episode “Kornbip-19,” while Hasna played a single mother who wrote a touching letter to her children explaining the tough situation they are in in “Yakap.”
Meanwhile, Filipinos’ health and well-being are highlighted in “Team FitFil,” which proves that we only need four minutes to stay healthy and fit. It can be streamed on ABS-CBN S+A YouTube channel (youtube.com/ABSCBNSports) and airs daily on ABS-CBN S+A at 7:30 AM, with replays at 3:30 PM.
Fitness coaches Jim and Toni Saret demonstrate 4-minute home workout routines that people can try, while dance coach Mickey Perz keeps fitness buffs grooving and sweating in four minutes with his dance exercises.
Its pilot episode featured Robi Domingo and “PBB’s” Kiwi sisters Franki Russell and Diana Mackey.
