As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to impact the lives of our fellow Filipinos, It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda has stepped up and donated provisions to the frontliners after an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country.
Vice proudly posted Instagram pictures of shipments of face masks, disposable medical goggles, safety goggles, alcohol, and disinfectant sprays.
“Maraming maraming salamat po sa lahat ng mga frontliners para sa pagmamahal at pagkalinga ninyo sa mga madlang people!!! Mabuhay po kayo! Pagpalain ng Diyos ang inyong kabayanihan.”
Vice decided to donate to the Lung Center of the Philippines, the Quezon City General Hospital, the San Lazaro Hospital in Manila, and the Philippine Children’s Medical Center.

Vice also gave financial assistance consisting of 13th-month pay-out bonus and service leaves, loans, and non-conditional cash support schemes to the over 400 workers in his cosmetics company, Vice Cosmetics.
A lot of stars are also helping out like Bela Padilla who successfully raised 3.3 million pesos by opening a GoGetFunding page for the affected street vendors.
Kapuso actress and host Maine Mendoza who also started a fundraising drive DoNation Drive for quarantine-affected employees.
