Mariel Padilla’s recent vlog titled “Mukbang + Intense Answering Mean Comments” showed that the celebrity mom seemed to be enjoying to read comments from mean netizens trying to humiliate her and question her life decisions.
Instead of getting frustrated when one of the commentators praised her eldest daughter Isabella as a good dancer unlike her, Mariel turned the negative comment into a positive one.
A netizen said: “Si Isabella dancer, hindi nagmana kay mommy niya na hindi sumasayaw #cute”
Mariel answered: “That’s so sweet, thank you. She’s a singer, she’s a dancer, she’s a vlogger, she’s amazing, nice comment!”
The celebrity mom also stated that she’s not bothered by those mean comments.
Mariel continued: “Sa personal sobrang ganda talaga. Hintayin mo sa personal. Di ako nahu-hurt, alam mo kung bakit? Honestly, I’ll tell you, it may sound like I’m conceited or something, but I know na hindi super pangit. So hindi ako nahu-hurt, try harder!”
Another netizen questioned her over-acting behavior, whereas, Robin Padilla’s wife admitted that it’s in her nature even before she became a mom.
“Yung OA, OA talaga. Lahat ng ginagawa ko, OA. ‘Pag may bagay ako na gusto, OA, Reaction ko, OA. OA ako talaga at tanggap ko ‘yun.”
To everyone describing her as “malaki”, Mariel admitted that it’s a fact but she couldn’t help but feel sad at times though she accepts it as part of being a mom.
“Alam niyo, okay lang sa akin na mataba ako. 170 pounds ako ngayon, nakapag 178 pounds na ako, at ganun talaga kasi nga nagbbreastfeed pa ako. Nung una siyempre malungkot, pero tanggap ko pa rin, okay lang. Di naman ako masyado nahhurt sa Malaki, naasar lang ako kasi totoo, alam mo yun, totoo eh, ano gagawin ko Malaki pero masakit rin pakingan. Lalo na kung perfect ka ate? Perfect tayo?”
Meanwhile, one of the commentators asked her why is Robin mad at the US when in fact Mariel and their kids are American citizens. The celebrity mom suggested to the netizen that it’s better to ask Robin directly.
“Ms. Mariel, you are American citizen right and am sure your kids too. How come your husband is freaking md of US. Lol”
“You ask him, merong isa bigla na lang siya nag-message na anchor baby. Nangyayari lang yata ‘yung pagiging American ‘pag American ‘yung mom. E American ‘yung mom e, hello? Hello?! Non-citizen mother, e citizen din ako! I’m also a citizen, hindi anchor baby ‘yung mga anak ko. Hanap kayo ng ibang term.”
Recently, Mariel got affected when her husband Robin attacked ABS-CBN and demand celebrities to show their contracts indicating their compensation rate to show unfair treatment with the giant network’s internal staff.

P*kyu, Robin Padilla. Isa kang huwad na makabayan. Tanggalin sana si Mariel sa It's Showtime, animal ka.

Mariel Rodriguez & Robin Padilla are not a good role model naman talaga. The wife is so tacky and the guy is an ass. Not surprise bakit si Daniel Padilla nalang ang natitirang ugaling tao sa clan nila, kasi lumaki kay @Estrada21Karla! #NoToABSCBNShutDown #ABSCBNFranchise
