In the article written by Lolit Solis in PhilStar, the veteran columnist stated that she noticed something new about President Rodrigo Duterte during the press conference on COVID-19 or also known as Coronavirus.
As per Lolit, Duterte’s skin seemed smoother and lighter than it was before and wondered if the President is either using Beautederm or taking facial treatments in Belo Clinic.
Lolit wrote, “Naku ha naging very smooth ang skin at parang light na ang complexion ni Papa Digong. Ang duda ko, either, gumamit siya ng Beautederm o nagpa-facial kay Dra. Vicki Belo, Kamiseta Skin or House of Obagi. O baka rin naman Flawless.”
She also recalled that Duterte’s skin used to have pockmarks but upon staring at the President’s face ever ytime he holds a conference, Lolit confirmed that President can also be an endorser of Beautederm.
“Hindi ako nagbibiro Salve ha, ‘di ba dati parang maraming pockmarks ang mukha ni Papa Digong at very dark ang facial skin, very ethnic, pero ngayon, mukha na siyang endorser ng Beautederm ha. Hahaha.”
On a serious note, Duterte affirmed that they have the money to combat the coronavirus to lessen the panic of our countrymen.
Duterte said: “What’s bothering us, ganito nalang, we have the money to combat tong COVID-19, we now assure you we have the money and we can defeat, tanginang virus na ‘yan, san ba nakatira yan. This is not the first time, I remember when I was young there was this flu.”
