Guillermo Ernesto Eleazar Cuerva, or simply known as Gil Cuerva rose to prominence when he top-billed the Philippine Adaptation of the hit South Korean romantic-comedy-science fiction series, My Love From the Star opposite GMA’s Ultimate Star Jennylyn Mercado. The said series was his debut project with the network as an actor.
From then on, the 24-year old artist has appeared on several TV programs of GMA Network like Dear Uge, Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko, Super Ma’am, Unang Hirit, Taste Buddies, Sunday PinaSaya, and All Star Videoke.
He was also cast as one of the lead characters in the 2018 drama series, My Guitar Princess alongside “Pop Diva” Julie Anne San Jose and Kiko Estrada.
His latest drama series was the 2019 action-drama series, Beautiful Justice where he was given a supporting role as Vincent “Vin” Ocampo.
Aside from acting, Gil also ventured in hosting. He became Solenn Heussaff’s co-host on the lifestyle show Taste Buddies.
