A month after former couple Nadine Lustre and James Reid formally announced their breakup, the house they once shared together is now for sale.
On his Instagram Story, the Idol Philippines judge shared a photo collage showing the exteriors and interiors of the three-story house located in Loyola Grand Villas in Quezon City.
In the caption, he wrote, “My house is for sale!”
According to the real-estate listing posted by Reid, the 1,000-sqm lot’s price ranges from 82 to 85M.
Based on his post, the house includes 7 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, large open space areas, 2 large kitchens, a fully soundproofed recording studio, a unique 25-m lap pool, a fully equipped gym, security system, and a 6-car garage.
One proof that it’s the same house the exes once shared was the chandelier surrounded by railings that were often seen as the backdrop of Lustre’s Instagram posts.
But, what could be the reason Reid is selling the house?
While some believe that the house constantly reminds him of his past romance with his ex-girlfriend who lived in with him, rumors that the actor is running out of cash also surfaced.
It is because despite his appearance on several variety shows, it’s been a while since he did a big project. His last teleserye was ‘Til I Met You in 2017 with former flame, Lustre. His last movie project was Miss Granny in 2018.
However, 2020 will surely be his year as he is set to star in an upcoming TV miniseries titled, “The Soulmate Project” with K-Pop group Momoland member, Nancy McDonie.
While the premiere date has not been disclosed, the upcoming series is set to replace A Soldier’s Heart in the primetime block of ABS-CBN.
