Chienna Filomeno fired back at the basher who criticized her post about the enhanced community quarantine being implemented by the government.
Last Saturday, Chienna posted a photo of herself in a swimsuit and a caption of positivity and hopes that everyone will be safe despite the ongoing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
“Hope everyone’s safe ️ We will get through this together! ️ This is a throwback btw. I look forward to so many things when Quarantine is over like going to the beach, exploring our beautiful country more, seeing my friends smile again personally, going back to work because I miss working soooo much!! Oh gosh the list goes on! For now I will better myself for the next coming weeks. ️ *Don’t forget to wash your hands 🏻”

A netizen named @armira_santos bashed her for the photo, saying it had nothing to do with the enhanced community quarantine and that the star should be helping out instead.
“Ano man kinalaman mo sa quarantine pokarat my maipost ka lang dpt tumulong ka.”
Chie replied, “Basa ka din caption. That is me enjoying life before the enhanced community quarantine and I look forward to enjoying the outside world after ECQ, when everyone is safe to go outside.”
She also commented that it doesn’t mean she’s not doing anything to help just because she’s not posting anything.
“What makes you so sure na hindi ako tumulong.Kamag anak kita? hinde porket hindi ko pinopost na tumulong ako, eh hindi na ako tumulong. Kilalang kilala mo ko? Sino ka ba?”
This wasn’t the first time Chie lambasted netizens. Back then, when GirlTrends was bashed because of their failed dance number on It’s Showtime. Chie broke her silence by replying to a netizen then.
“Yup, ako may sala. Aminado ako. That definitely wasn’t my day. I’m sorry for that. Ngayon lang ako naganyan sa 3years ko sa GT.
“Eh kayo kailan kayo magiging sorry sa kaka shame niyo ng tao na walang ginagawa sa inyo? I wish you all nothing but happiness and contentment.”
