With the spreading of COVID-19 still not under control, singer-actress Agot Isidro became an all-around volunteer for frontliners who continue to work tirelessly.
Together with the Vice President Leni Robredo’s staff, Isidro volunteered to help the Angat Buhay program distribute food packs for the frontliners.
Angat Buhay is an anti-poverty program under the flagship of Vice President Robredo that aims to help the poor Filipinos or what she called “laylayan” or margins of society.

Isidro’s group’s first task was to pick up 400 food packs to be distributed to the different hospitals.

The group proceeded to Diliman Doctors Hospital to deliver the food packs. She was happy seeing some health workers who still gave a thumbs up even though they were already tired.

Then they proceed to the Commonwealth hospital and Medical Center and to give the food packs. Health workers asked for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as they badly needed it.
Next stop: Commonwealth hospital and Medical Center.

Their next stop was Fairview General Hospital where they not only food packs but also prayers for their safety.

Their last stop was Veterans Memorial Hospital where they also saw other people who were donating food for the health workers. Agot was so proud to see her fellow Filipinos helping one another.
