GMA Network proudly presents Kyline Alcantara and Yasser Marta as the newest love team as they will star in the Kapuso drama series, Bilangin Ang Bituin sa Langit, remake of the 1989 hit film with the same title.
During the mediacon for the said drama series, Kyline and Yasser were both present. Some of the press people found them cute together, while some think they still lack the chemistry as a love team.
But, the 16-year old actress assured the crowd that their chemistry will come out once people get to see them daily.
“Puwedeng wala pa kayong nakikitang chemistry sa amin ni Yasser dahil ngayon lang kami magtatambal. Nagkasama kami sa Kambal Karibal, pero hindi siya ang ka-love team mo. Naniniwala akong lalabas din ang chemistry namin ni Yasser kapag madalas na kaming mapapanood,” said Kyline.
Before Yasser, the young actress has been paired with different male artists like Jeric Gonzales, Manolo Pedrosa, and Miguel Tanfelix.
Kyline and Yasser’s love team will be something that their fans will look forward to as Bilangin Ang Bituin sa Langit airs its pilot episode on February 24, after Prima Donnas replacing Madrasta.

Aside from the new love team, other cast members include Zoren Legaspi, Nora Aunor, Isabel Rivas, Ina Feleo, and Gabby Eigenmann.
The film reboot is under the helm of Director Laurice Guillen.
