The Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Dapa, Surigao del Norte has released a warrant of arrest since December 12, 2019 for Yeng Constantino or Josephine E. Constantino in real life. As of now, the camp of Yeng has yet to respond about the legal action from Dr. Esterlina Tan.
Meanwhile, Facebook user Dowk Amber managed to post a copy of arrest warrant with a long caption intended to call for other doctors to support Dr. Tan against Yeng.
Amber said: “I talked with Dr. Tan last week and she told me that a warrant of arrest was already issued for Yeng Constantino. Well here it is, but it seems no action is done up to now. She even appeared on tv interviewed by Boy Abunda, a lame desperate move. And the bail..P30K?! Come on! Let’s make some noise doctors.”
On behalf of Dr. Tan, Doctor Chrismar Lumasag Mocorro also asked fellow doctors in regards to the proper measures on how to resolve the legal case since there was no action from Yeng from the date that the arrest warrant was issued.
Yeng faced cyberbullying and cyber shaming case when she ranted on her YouTube vlog against Dr. Tan last July 2019. It happened when her husband Yan Asuncion had a cliff diving accident and the Kapamilya singer mentioned that Dr. Tan lacked a sense of urgency in which netizens claimed that what she did was actually publicly shame the doctor.
It seems her public apology for Dr. Tan was not enough and she has to face the consequence for her rant.

Meanwhile, Yeng Constantino has evaded arrest by posting bail for cyberbullying charges. The bail was set at P30,000.
In a statement, Constantino’s lawyer Joji Alonso said the singer’s bail has just been approved.
“Our client Ms Yeng Constantino-Asuncion, has posted bail and an Order approving the same has just been signed,” he said.
He added that Constantino’s camp has yet to receive a copy of the complaint.
“We shall be addressing the charges in the coming days,” the singer’s camp said.
