GMA Network and ABS-CBN are still split in ratings leadership based on the latest data from AGB Nielsen NUTAM People ratings.
In the most recent survey numbers released by AGB for December 16 to 27, 2019, GMA Network continued to lead in afternoon programming while ABS-CBN maintained primetime leadership.
The Kapuso afternoon block is lead by noontime show Eat Bulaga! and afternoon drama Prima Donnas.
Eat Bulaga! continued to widen its lead against rival It’s Showtime. Its biggest lead was registered on the 24th of December at 3.2%, 7.7% vs 4.5%.
Prima Donnas also continued to beat Kadenang Ginto. Prima Donnas scored its most significant lead against Kadenang Ginto on December 18 and December 20 at a 2.9% difference, 8.9% vs 6% and 9.1% vs 6.2% respectively.
Meanwhile on primetime, Kapamilya crime-drama The Killer Bride has recaptured timeslot leadership against One of the Baes.
The Maja Salvador teleserye started beating rival Kapuso drama on December 24 until the 27th.
The Killer Bride scored 2% higher on the eve of Christmas at 6.2% vs 6.0% ratings. Its biggest lead on the other hand was captured on Christmas day December 25, leading over One of the Baes 1.9% at 7.8% vs 5.9%.
FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano remained the primetime leader.
