The official Twitter account of Star Hunt recently shared a post which made fans speculate that there may be a remake of Tabing Ilog, a hit teen drama series in 1999.
The ABS-CBN newest talent search arm posted a photo of a tire swing placed near a river which was an iconic image of the Kapamilya series.

Tabing Ilog became the launching project of John Lloyd Cruz along with Patrick Garcia, Jodi Sta. Maria, Paolo Contis, Paula Peralejo, Desiree del Valle, Baron Geislerm and Kaye Abad. The premise of the series focuses on the friendship of best friends Anne, Eds, Badong, James, Rovic, Fonzy, Corrine, and George.
The show which aired for more than three years had gained a massive following and success. It was even re-aired on Studio 23 from 2007-2010 and on Jeepney TV.
